Casa Orto di Borghi is a family project created in honor of Romano Borghi, who left us a profound legacy rooted in hospitality, the land, and care — values whose most authentic meaning we are proud to carry forward.
Guided by this heritage and by a genuine passion for regenerative agriculture and sustainability, we have transformed this corner of the Romagna countryside into a retreat where guests can rediscover the natural rhythms of life and the warmth of heartfelt hospitality.

Traditional pasta workshops
Learn how to make fresh handmade pasta following authentic family recipes and experience the joy of cooking with Claudia. Exclusively rolled by hand with a traditional rolling pin (mattarello).

Questa casa rustica, nuova e attrezzata perfettamente dentro come fuori nel bel giardino, con aria condizionata e vendilatore per le ore più calde, arredata con molto gusto e circondata da alberti da frutto e vigneti è un luogo incantevole che Lucia e Claudia con la loro sentita ospitalità rendono così piacevole da farmene innamorare. Where do I start? Too many wonderful things to say about this place. Claudia, Lucia’s mother was a wonderful host. We have stayed in many hosted Airbnb’s; some places feel more like a business operation but Claudia & Lucia offer something more authentic. Claudia is passionate about creating a warm & welcoming environment. From the wonderful breakfasts to the efforts she made trying to help us find information about local events. She is also an extraordinary cook so don’t forget to try one of her home cooked meals one night. We also enjoyed the peaceful location surrounded by fruit trees.
